– International Business Incubator, Historic Campus Expansion, University Research Center

As U.S. based urban designer / project manager with cbt architects:

Building on vernacular land development patterns for climate and solar sensitive building orientation, the foundation for this holistic Vision is the public realm. This is where the buildings meet the ground and pedestrians are free to move at will. A well designed public realm enhances the experience of the development by encouraging mingling, making for a more comfortable outdoor experience, and permitting ease of access to both buildings and common spaces.

The enhanced public realm was achieved through several aspects:
1. Organizing Central Greens
2. Flexible Block Pattern
3. Walkable Community
4. Iconic Tower Potential along Highway to ARAMCO
5. Mix of Uses
